We, (the HBCDD Board), are aware that Marisol Point conveyances to the CDD are a ways off in the future, but there are people living there who are equally as much a part of this community as anyone else.

I’ve noticed that the gates that were initially scheduled in all your sales literature might have been moved or postponed for their consideration. However, it looks like the Marisol Point entrance is already set up for gates. As far as we know, the utilities for the infrastructure are already installed beneath the road, so it makes sense that once these are built, the gates will eventually be built.

We are requesting this because, at some point, CDD assets will require the same level of security as our other four MiraBay gates. We would need to know what the future costs will be for our budget depending on the gate you intend to construct there. and what kind of timeline can we expect?
