We are all interested in what Park Square will have to offer and their intentions with MiraBay going forward.
I am sure other supervisors reached out to them as I have reached out to them with this email below, there response was fairly generic and seemed close to the vest which you can see below:

My Name is Tim Nargi, I am a sitting Harbor Bay CDD Supervisor representing my constituents here in Mira Bay
I am interested in your objectives with your purchase and your development plan within our CDD boundaries as well as with us and our residents and future residents as they purchase your homes.
More importantly I welcome a good working relationship between Park Square and the Harbor Bay CDD which will give us several benefits: our work is more enjoyable when we have good relationships with those around us. Also, our residents will more likely to go along with changes that we may want to implement, and we’re more innovative and creative.
What’s more, our good relationship will give us freedom: instead of spending time and energy overcoming the problems associated with negative relationships, we can, instead, focus on opportunities.
