1. Fertilization Proposals- Board approved the fertilization proposal from LT Kim, skip the January lawn service with DTE ($26,000.67 mowing cost) using those funds to allocate towards the fertilizer 1: Supervisor Walters 2: Supervisor Rodriguez; 4-1 (Supervisor Trisha Opposed)

2. Beacon Sound Island Refresh Proposals- table proposals for now

3. Proposal for Mulching Community- Board approved proposal for $43,870 from American Mulch 1: Supervisor Leventry 2: Supervisor Nargi; 5-0

A. Minutes of the October 20, 2022 Meeting- table until December 15 meeting (Supervisor Nargi will work with Jordan offline)

Supervisor Walters – discussion of the pickleball and basketball scheduling.

Board approved resident, Rocky Newman put together a schedule for both sports and present the schedule during the January meeting along with residents from the pickleball and basketball communities 1: Supervisor Leventry 2: Supervisor Trisha; 5-0

Board the option 2 from the temporary schedule presented adding basketball on Saturday mornings 1: Supervisor Walters 2: Supervisor Rodriguez; 2-3 (Leventry, Trisha and Nargi opposed)

Board approved option 2 from the temporary schedule 1: Supervisor Leventry 2: Supervisor Trisha; 5-0
