Mangrove Trimming Agreement Balance Reconciliation

Park Square provided the invoices for what they paid thus far ($44,500). This balance is lower

than the original proposal they had received from Suncoast ($116,280) as the work needed was

less than anticipated in the proposal.

As a part of this agreement, Park Square will convey the EPC mitigation credit worth $22,500.

Park Square will also pay $179,400 to be spent on future mangrove trimming.
