Mirabay Mariners Lighted Boat Parade.

Calling All Captains!

If you own a power boat and live in Mirabay, we encourage you to participate in the Mirabay Mariners Lighted Boat Parade.

On December 17th at sunset, boats brimming with holiday lights, statuettes, and other festive decorations will begin a lighted boat parade in the Mirabay lagoon.

Participating boats will enjoy a raft-up party before the parade.

Power boats of all sizes are encouraged to join the festivities.  You do not need to be a Mirabay Mariner to participate.  This event is open to all Mirabay residents.

Mirabay residents and their children are all looking forward to another great parade and we encourage you to commit your boat to the parade.
Captains can register their boats by contacting Dan Wilson.  Please provide Name (if you have one) of Boat, Size, and if you will be docking overnight.
I will provide all instructions and pertinent information regarding tides and raft-up when we get closer to event.  Please remember to check tides closely and if necessary lower your boat on your lift the night before.  Last year tides were very low and stranded a few boats and frustrated Captains and their guests.  I want to try to prevent this from happening this year.
Our Captains worked hard on decorating their boats and were disappointed they were unable to participate.
