Good Morning Mira Bay,

The last Board meeting I was asked by my fellow board members to act as liaison to Envera; I accepted.

I have done a few phone calls and emails, then I went to their facility earlier this week sat down with their engineers and learned how their entire system actually works. I was able to take a tour of the facility, they even allowed me into the NOC (Network Operation Center) as well as into the centralized systems room. This is where their ISP’s , routers, servers switching gear, firewalls, line conditioning, UPS/batteries are located.  I also learned about their training program, the requirements of their people, how the operation is set up. I also learned how our facility, Mira Bay, is handled.  IE what we have equipment wise, how it works, how it reports etc.

We have a CDD Board meetings (Jan 12th, Jan 26th)  coming up that I am sure Envera will be a subject at one of those 2 meetings,

before that happens I would like to know/get your feed back!!!!    negatives, positives or just general comments or questions
