Seawalls declared an Emergency

A motion was brought to the floor declaring an emergency seawall retrofit is recommended for certain lots in Mira Bay.

It was unanimously passed.  These are the lots that will get the retrofit (new seawall):

5606 Seagrass

5713 Tortoise

5720 Sea Turtle

5624 Skimmer

A motion was brought up, unanimously passed for:

New weep holes to be installed to relieve water pressure behind the walls upwards to 10 lots as Cardno Engineering finds to be in the most need.  Cardno will supply those lot numbers shortly.

We should see work commence in short order for the weep holes and approx 2 weeks for the retrofits.
