Mira Bay Seawall Litigation Presentation

Having immersed myself into this issue to learn all the facts I talked to the District Lawyers, District Manager, District Engineer, Langan Engineers and received documentation from Manson Bolves Donaldson Varn, PA.  

A couple weeks ago I put out my paper about the seawall.  My paper was written based upon mainly this document of findings from the original lawsuit and summary findings, there were a few items on my paper that I learned from Langan engineers (with District counsel on the phone) that i also included.

It appears that possibly minds were changed, and we will learn about this, Unfortunate; but those changes of answers we received from Langan will directly conflict with these summary findings which Langan actually referred in their answers to have us look up, thus I am concerned about these discrepancies which we will need clarification.

It is and always will be my goal to keep our overall costs down.  I will continue to move in that direction regardless of any setbacks, this is a complicated issue but all variables, and not just the ones certain contractors are hired for, must be taken into account.
