We are close to the signing and ratification of the new contract. Envera has let us know that, if  the signing is completed in time, they may be able to get all the new Kiosks  installed at all 3 gates sometime next week, Yes that include you Admiral Point!!!.

There are provisions once it is signed they do have 45 days to be completed, but this is good news that they are hard charging ahead and not waiting, so already they are being proactive.  Furthermore I had extensive talks with one of their engineers about applications and ad-dons and such.  First and foremost we want to get the information of the Web Based and Phone APPS out to all of you the residents with the literature of how to use it.  This system does require all of the residents to be proactive to add their guests else they wont get the user experience they expect, after all the computer does not know who you or your guests are.

There is a plan to add to the Harbor Bay website a list of FAQ’s as well as a way for you to send us an email with possible issues.
