Information for our residents of Mira Bay inwhich it is possible most are unaware of what goes on behind the scenes.
Here is a list of recent accomplishments that our Staff works really hard to improve our wonderful neighborhood.

· Café Remodel – moved around some of the equipment and will be finishing the counter this week.
· Monument Signs refresh – have repainted over half of the monument signs.
· Fixed men’s room sauna – Rebuilt top bench and replaced the mats.
· Fixed women’s room toilet.
· Railing refinishing project – Have done everything once and have just started the second round this week.
· Fixed basketball hoop hinge – Wasn’t able to go up and down.
· Replaced wind screens at Tennis Courts
· Admiral Pointe Pool – Closed the pool for a few days so we could correct the chemical etching that was occurring.
· Fixed clubhouse HVAC – Line kept clogging in the drain causing unit to go into alarm and stop working. We added a new drain line and plumbed it into the main drain in attic.
· Power washed all CDD property in the past two months.
· Fixed main pump for front fountain.
· Graded Landings Park parking lot.
· Re-shelled Admiral Pointe path
· Fixed leak in 2nd floor pantry at clubhouse
· Replaced 80% of broken uplighting around pool and clubhouse – Awaiting rest of the fixtures.
· Pool Chair Re-slinging
· Shade cover over the pool pumps – Received a quote to have this done for $18k we did it in house for $2k.
· Replaced 2 broken doggie stations.
· Replaced broken screens on Outfitters.
· Fixed broken docks.
· Fixed flagpole
· Replaced broken hardware on street pole signs.
· Trash clean up along 41/Berm
