One of the most important tools in the political tool box is distraction. Divert attention from their failed policies, failed mandates.

The distraction seems to work temporarily, but truth prevents deceit from winning…hence the adversary comes up empty…and then moves to another attempt…then another distraction and another, never winning…repeat it again and again …a true political circus.

Unlike a real Court of Law, they like to use the court of public opinion, including getting their friends to repeat their lies. They use character assassination against their political enemies without any consequences.

They tried to do to me on the social media site we all use, when that did not gain any traction, this person decided to take it even further and file an Ethics Charge on me in to the State of Florida.

This could have serious consequences, which was probably their intent, in which that could affect my livelihood because of the Clearance I am entrusted with by the US Gov’t as well as derogatory consequences for my family and their business dealings.

Now we have learned what they did not count on.

Their complaint went to a real court of law in the State of Florida, where the allegations could be reviewed unbiasedly by a government institution, with the authority to adjudicate  and carry out the administration of justice in civil, criminal, and administrative matters in accordance with the rule of law.

 

And that outcome??

It took less than 2 months from the time the unfounded allegations were filed to the time it took for the Commission to vote to dismiss the complaint for lack of legal sufficiency, based on several analysis.  Accordingly, this complaint is hereby dismissed for failure to constitute a legally sufficient
complaint with the issuance of this public report.
