yet On Social media we only see an inordinate amount of time criticizing our staff…. well today I am going to post all the good things they have done just in recent times.
- New doors on gate houses.
- Staining of existing doors.
- New ceiling fans.
- Resealed the pavers on pool deck.
- Fixed all broken sidewalk in the community.
- New gas lights going in.
- New maintenance vehicle. With warranty.
- Removed, Cleaned and Reinstalled all A/C vents in the café.
- Repaired all outdoor electrical outlets around clubhouse area
- Filled four small seawall voids along Skimmer.
- Replace front fountain pump.
- Ordered and installed new slide rules signage.
- Removed oil stains on pavers at clubhouse entrance.
- Replaced striker on clubhouse exit to promenade to insure positive latch.
- Installed tablet and pool timing clock on promenade next to café.
- Contractor completed annual back flow inspections and rebuilt two back flow devices.
- Replaced door closer in gym that had lost its oil charge.
- Cleaned life rings on main pool deck.
- Repaired required pool gate lock assembly
- APPS for ordering food
With the boards help.
- $100K in landscaping fixes
- Outfitters is actually used and is now a revenue stream.
- Bay Breeze Gate has been converted to resident only and an AWID reader added to insure proper reading of credentials as the resident vehicle approaches.
- Vesta contract was changed to a Cost plus contract to allow them to better manage their customer (you the people) and it is currently $45K in the black.
- The galley is in the black for the 1st time since in moved here in 2013
