Mira Bay Gates

For some time there were 2 companies taking care of the Ingress and Egress Gates in Mira Bay

Envera installed and controlled the 2nd gate for all aspects.

The first set of gates as you come into the community were controlled by a different company, Envera only controlled them as far as raising and lowering them, they had no aegis over repair or maintenance.  Thus each time there was a problem there was an issue of which company would do what.

The Board meeting in June; we instructed Rizzetta to consolidate to just Envera.  This past Board meeting, July, we were informed by Rizetta that indeed did happen and the 2nd gates are now intended to be removed.

Furthermore it was discussed that if any speed bumps were to be installed it is the intent they would be just in front of the gates themselves to help slow drivers with the premise to alleviate all the gate strikes.
