Pool Slide/ Tower Update

Met with the District Engineer today about the pool slide and tower.

The latest is we do not have to replace the tower nor the slide and just repairing the deficiencies will be enough.  We should have forward motion on this shortly which will allow us to meet the timeline of the October closing to do the job.  So it appears the good news is, this is not a total replacement in the $400k-$450k range, but just a repair for roughly about a quarter of that.
