Pool Update ~15 Oct 18~

Good Morning Mira Bay,

The pool project is currently ahead of schedule. Our Engineers and Contractors are making great strides in these Pool repairs.

To date: the decking has been repaired, the cracks are repaired and the resurfacing portion of the pool will begin October 29^th

Cardno has informed me they are pushing to have the pool open November 22^nd for Thanksgiving weekend. Keep in mind this is a very aggressive schedule but they think they can meet it. While this is very good news, we should wait for the next update once the resurfacing is done and hopefully we will be back in business much sooner than originally expected as they say.

For your review and understanding;Attached is a WBS, (this is a work breakdown schedule), one of the deliverables that we have tasked our engineers to have for any project similar to this that is an oriented breakdown of a project into smaller components which tracks milestones and progress amongst other things.
