Seawall Engineering Meeting May 10th~ 6pm @ A.P.

Foundation Masters has lived up to their end and provided the outstanding answers to Langan.  Albeit in this line of work more questions may arise but they always do when you go back and forth via e-mail, it is always best to sit down face to face use Technical drawings and whiteboard as necessary to get the details hammered out for all sides,

There will be an Engineering meeting this Wednesday, May 10th, 6 – 8 pm at the Admirals Point Clubhouse.

All of Mira Bay  residents are  invited to attend so they can learn firsthand of alternative corrective action for the seawall at a lower cost.

Fortunately for Mira Bay 1 of the several firms i contacted is willing to help, that firm is Foundation Masters, who appears to have our best interest at heart with this possible lower cost alternative.  I have been informed they will be bringing along their detailed drawings.

I personally have encouraged this meeting between the 2 firms for some time now.  There was no time set aside in the regular meetings and It has done no good to have this hashed out with conjecture in social media.  The sit down, face to face, engineering only meeting is the best way for both entities to get a firm grasp on the concept(s) and to address each other’s concerns and we can come to a logical conclusion.
