Seawall Update

The following is an update of the major seawall related tasks that Cardno is currently working or have
worked on recently.
 Performed onsite inspections for upland repair claims at several properties.
 Coordinated and prepared inspection memos regarding upland repair claims.
 Finalized contractor work agreement for weep hole installation at emergency lots.
Contractor work is currently underway.  Estimated completion is December 1, 2017.
 Finalized contractor work agreement to stabilizing restrictor wall adjacent to Sea Trout
Place.  Contractor is currently mobilizing for work.  Estimated completion is December
15, 2017.
 Responded to Contractor questions regarding emergency seawall repairs (new FRP
sheet piles and concrete cap) and issued minor revisions to address concerns.  Bid prices
are due this week.  Approximately 4 weeks are anticipated for contract negotiations,
material orders, and mobilization with construction to follow.
 Design Build Request for Proposals are due January 12, 2018
