The reason I am curious is because I had contractors give me estimates but all the bidding needs to go thru “THE PROCESS”
I know Cardno reached out to many who either were tied up or did not have the expertise or did not want the job, so if anyone came to you, that is great, but they should have gone to the CDD, anyone on the CDD as Cardno did beat the bushes, so I am surprised if Cardno did not talk to whomever this is.
