Pool Slide and Tower Update

The following is a summary of the Pool Slide and Tower timeline.

Pool Slide and Stairs

Per the contract the pool slide and stairs contractor began construction on 11‐6‐17.
From 11‐6‐17 the contractor has 49 days to complete the project.
For work past the 49 days the contractor will be billed $200 per day up to $5,600.
Based on 49 days from 11‐6‐17 the project is schedule to be complete on December 25, 2017.

Pool Tower

Per the contract the pool slide and stairs contractor begin construction date is 11‐27‐17.
From 11‐27‐17 the contractor has 70 days to complete the project.
For work past the 70 days the contractor will be billed $200 per day up to $5,600.
Based on 70 days from 11‐27‐17 the project is schedule to be complete on February 5, 2018.

Please keep in mind there will be a pool closure of 1 or 2 days for some of the work required on the slide.

Residents will be given notice.
